Jeffrey Bryant Saturday (born June 18, 1975) is a former American football center, current sports analyst, and interim head coach for the National Football League’s Indianapolis Colts (NFL).

At the University of North Carolina, Saturday participated in collegiate football. In 1998, he was signed by the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent, but the team released him before he had a chance to play.

After that, Saturday signed with the Indianapolis Colts, where he played for 13 seasons, defeated the Chicago Bears in the Super Bowl XLI, and was chosen for four All-Pro teams and five Pro Bowls. Saturday qualified for his sixth Pro Bowl while playing for the Green Bay Packers during his final NFL season.

Saturday was ranked as the No. 11 centre available in the 1998 NFL Draft by Sports Illustrated. Saturday was described as “somewhat of an overachiever, has worked to improve himself,” but also as “an undersized guy simply has trouble matching up against power NTs that can overwhelm him.”

He was not selected. On April 27, 1998, the Baltimore Ravens signed him as a free agent; however, on June 12, 1998, they released him. Saturday then made his way back to Raleigh, North Carolina, where he accepted a position as manager at an electrical supply company.
